Gonna bring up my theory!! The frame that we see definitely looks more like Roxas, but Keydreamer has excellent points that I agree with.
What if the light gets Roxas a body, but before they can put Roxas in it, the organization steals it and puts Xion’s original data in it? Just a thought.

SOSOSO this new stuff with aqua, ven, and vanitas has me thinking… what if the lights DO get aqua back, but it’s only temporary. Like they get her and she brings them to the chamber of waking so sora can wake up ven, but then they find out vanitas has been waiting for them. Aqua sets herself to fend vanitas off while sora goes into ven’s dive to the heart but since shes still weak from the RoD stuff Vanitas overpowers her and then ?????????????? I’m upsetti spaghetti but I think it makes sense for that specific scene at least.
